Tiny Tots (Mommy & Me)
Ages 1-3 co-ed; This program has a student/teacher ratio of (1-6).
In this program, children learn in a safe and fun environment. We have music, games, colors, toys, and circuit courses as tools to improve basic movements at this stage of development, which are fundamental for growth. Parents will be involved with their child's learning.
Children will crawl, walk, roll, run, jump, kick, and develop rhythm by using different body parts. They are exposed to the fundamentals of handstands, cart wheels, direction change, and hanging on bars, to prepare them for the next phase of our program.
(Ages 3-4 co-ed); This program has a student/teacher ratio of (1-6).
In this stage we work on the creative side of the children. Similar to the Tiny Tot classes, Mini Tot is a low complexity class. We work on fundamental movements seeking to explore one's potential, self knowledge, socialization, flexibility, and creativity though basic activities. We also teach the children to know the skills by name. We work on body position and skills such as rolls, cartwheels, and handstands.
We explore basic skills and floor exercises such as skipping, chasing, rolling and cartwheels. We allow everyone in our Mini Tots program to access our Olympic pieces of equipment.
(Ages 4-5 co-ed); This program has a student/teacher ratio of (1-6).
At this stage, we continue working on the fundamentals of gymnastics, however, we begin to implement more complex activities. Children will work on improving and maturing fundamental movements such as tools, headstands, handstands and cartwheels.
We also utilize the trampoline, mini-trampoline, tumble track, rod floor and low bars to teach our little gymnasts.
